Mammo Stand Focal Spot Test
The Mammo Focal Spot Test Stand is designed for easy assessment of mammographic spatial resolution measurements according to ACR, MQSA1 and AAPM TG-4, Report #60.
The stand precisely positions the test patterns above
the grid cover or mag stand and provides attenuation, which is appropriate for photo timing, while minimizing scatter effects.

X-Check Mammo Test Object
The X-Check MAM test object is used for acceptance tests of mammographic X-ray equipment according to IEC 61223-3-2.
The structure plate is designed to test specific mammography parameters such as the optical density of test films, the position and size of the useful radiation field, the contrast resolution, the presence of impurity spots and the entrance dose with an optional dosemeter (CONNY II, DIADOS or DIADOS E).

Standard TV Fluoroscopy Test Objects - Leeds Test Objects
The standard T.V fluoroscopy Test Objects can be used for the assessment of fluoroscopy and fluorography systems.
A set of nine laminar test objects are supplied in a protective carrying case together with a comprehensive instruction manual and two recommended cross-reference manuals from notified bodies (UK Department of Health and IPEM).
Also included are a video cable with three connectors, two 0.5mm and one 1.0mm Cu filters for beam calibration

Digital Subtraction Fluoroscopy Test Object - Leeds Test Objects
A set of four test objects (comprising six laminar plates 250mm in diameter) is supplied
in a protective case together with accessories and a comprehensive instruction manual.
They are supplementary to the standard set of Leeds X-ray test objects and check those parameters which are particularly relevant to DSF imaging. After mask images have been obtained the image content is changed by the manipulation of various plates.

Routine Test Object TV Fluoroscopy - Leeds Test Objects
Used for television fluoroscopy and fluorography, enables the following checks to be made:
. Monitor brightness and contrast adjustments.
. Resolution limit (up to 5 line pairs mm-1).
. Low-contrast sensitivity (18 details, 11mm diameter).
. Circular geometry (check of TV scan linearity).
|
|
Conventional Routine Test Object - Leeds Test Objects
Used for conventional and non-subtractive digital radiography, enables the following checks to be made:
. Sensitometric measurements (10 Atest point@ details, 5.6mm diameter).
. Resolution limit (0.5 to 14.3 1p mm-1).
. Low-contrast large-detail detectability (17 details, 11mm diameter).
. High-contrast small-detail detectability (17 details, 0.5mm diameter).

Beam Alignment Barrel Jig
. Allows the central axis of the X-ray beam to be located.
. Consists of two parallel circular plates containing identical patterns of holes. The plates are separated at a distance of 140 mm by 3 detachable pillars
. Correct beam alignment is indicated by a symmetrical alignment of the hole patterns on a radiographic image.
. Mis-aligned patterns indicates beam mis-alignment.

Focal Spot Test Tool
The measurement of focal spot dimensions is of great importance in checking the performance of
mammographic screening units. Measurements can be made from radiographs of a slit or a starpattern
test object, but these must be positioned on the central axis of the X-ray beam.
Since the Xray tube is angled with respect to the imaging plane, a special jig is needed which will hold a film cassette at the same angle, and will also hold the slit or start pattern in alignment with, and perpendicular to, the central axis.

Mammography Test Objects - Leeds Test Objects
These consist of a semi-circular test plate (radius 11cm) used in conjunction with a variable 6cm stack of Perspex plates which provide appropriate amounts of X-ray absorption, scatter and geometrical unsharpness.
Three types of test plate are available; TOR [MAS], TOR [MAX], TOR [MAM]. They are intended to be used for routine quality-control, but can also be used to investigate different mammographic techniques
or screen-film combinations etc.
A comprehensive instruction manual is provided for TOR's [MAX] and [MAS] and a separate instruction manual for TOR [MAM].
